Two-hour minimum · $500 minimum engagement
We’ll agree on the scope and estimated hours before work begins. Preparation and document review count toward the agreed hours. Any additional time requires your approval. Larger projects and ongoing leadership are quoted separately.
Every engagement begins with a conversation about your priorities, budget and capacity. Before work starts, you’ll receive a written proposal outlining deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees.
Multiple entities, larger teams, urgent deadlines or more complex systems may require a broader scope. Software, travel and third-party services are not included in the starting prices; any additional costs will be discussed in advance.
No. The complimentary introductory conversation helps us identify the right starting point. We can also develop a custom proposal if your needs cross several areas.
Can we start small and build from there?
Yes. A roadmap or focused project can be a useful first engagement. If you need ongoing support afterward, we’ll agree on a separate scope and fee.
What if our budget is smaller?
Share your budget and your most pressing priority. We can explore whether a narrower scope or phased approach would be useful. Any revised scope and pricing will be agreed before work begins.
Does the monthly package include unlimited support?
No. Your proposal defines the monthly capacity, meeting cadence, responsibilities and communication expectations. We’ll revisit the scope together if your needs change.
Is the introductory call free?
Yes. It’s a complimentary 30-minute conversation about your organization and whether LevelUp is the right fit. It does not commit you to an engagement.
